Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java.
• Solid experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the long-term strategic direction of the XiP Platform.
• Develop the future versions of the calculation engine for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with teammates in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and share knowledge.
• Improve distribution mechanisms to parallelize large compute workloads.
• Plan and execute strategic changes to scale the Risk Calculation Engine to meet demand.
