HeartCentrix Solutions seeks a Senior Java Developer to design and implement scalable enterprise systems using Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments including Azure.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, reduce technical debt, and lead architectural improvements across teams while solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, cloud-native setting. Strong fundamentals in distributed systems are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of Apache Kafka experience.
• 2+ years of MongoDB experience.
• Multi-cloud exposure including Azure.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and document high-quality software components.
• Build scalable systems using Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead initiatives to resolve systemic issues.
• Identify and reduce technical debt while improving system performance and reliability.
• Implement security best practices and disaster recovery strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality, testing, and reusable design patterns.
• Collaborate across teams to improve engineering practices and eliminate duplicated effort.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and develop prototypes to support architectural improvements.
