Job summary

Enterprise Holdings, through its Enterprise Mobility division, is hiring an IT Engineer 2 to support the Global Booking Orchestration CarShare platform. You will ensure reliability, performance, and integration across booking and mobility services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in on-call rotations, and help drive automation and operational excellence within a hybrid work environment in St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise Java applications in production.
• Experience with RESTful web services and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of API design principles and API testing tools (Postman/SoapUI).
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements and new features.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of CarShare applications and services.
• Participate in rotating on-call support for after-hours incidents.
• Lead production support and operational readiness, including incident resolution and deployments.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and support materials.
• Drive root-cause analysis and preventative improvements.
