Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior Java Developer to build a new in-house platform from the ground up. You’ll own backend design, development, and maintenance, with frontend exposure valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science.
• Senior-level Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 3x per week.

Responsibilities

• Own backend development for the core platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend when needed.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Participate in deployment and operations on AWS.
