Qualifications

• Production-grade software delivery experience.
• Java and Spring backend design, implementation, testing, and operation.
• Comfortable with Linux command-line operations.
• Experience modeling, querying, and evolving production data in relational DBs.
• Experience building apps on public cloud and with cloud-native/serverless tech.
• Experience with asynchronous or event-driven systems like Kafka.
• Experience with distributed systems and service integration.

Responsibilities

• Own features from concept to production.
• Design, build, and evolve Java services, modules, and internal APIs for high-volume tracking and workflows.
• Make sound technical decisions across service boundaries and data models.
• Improve deployment, observability, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Integrate with external APIs and provide clear interfaces for internal use.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to agile team performance.
