Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Java Developer for the Eagan, MN area with remote options. The role focuses on designing resilient, scalable applications for the FirstIQ product within Clinical Care Programs, owning the tech roadmap and health of systems.

You will lead development, maintenance, and support, collaborate across product, business, and technology teams, and participate in staffing discussions. A strong background in Java, Spring Boot, AWS and agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of application development experience or package software implementation.
• Experience in an Agile/Product Delivery environment is required.
• Experience with AWS, Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and UI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design to ensure resiliency, stability, and readiness coverage.
• Develop, maintain, and support existing systems and platforms.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and staffing input for the team.
