Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland is seeking a senior Java software engineer to design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities with AI agent integration. The role requires strong Java expertise, RESTful services, and experience with microservices, cloud platforms, and NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge and experience developing Java-based software capabilities.
Experience designing enterprise APIs and RESTful web services.
Proficient with microservices architecture and Linux.
Experience with Agile software lifecycle and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
Experience with distributed NoSQL databases and search engines (Elasticsearch/MongoDB/Solr).
Ability to guide AI agents through complex multi-repository architectures and audit generated code.

Responsibilities
