Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team in the United States. You will work on enterprise-scale applications using modern Java, cloud-native design, distributed systems, and AI integrations.

This role focuses on building scalable microservices, REST APIs, and secure, reliable software in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have strong Java and Spring Boot experience, deep understanding of CI/CD, and familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Cassandra, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Extensive experience building enterprise-scale Java applications.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices patterns.
Experience delivering REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
Build and enhance microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Work with distributed messaging and data platforms including Kafka and Cassandra.
Design cloud-native solutions using AWS.
Contribute to AI-enabled application development and integration.
Participate in architecture, design, and technical decision-making.
Develop secure, resilient software with emphasis on reliability and scalability.
Follow SDLC best practices from requirements through deployment and support.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
