Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reconciliation logic to validate data accuracy across systems.
• Analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks in existing services and integrations.

• Implement production-grade error handling, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Salary range based on experience: $120K-$125K

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to play a critical role in evolving and stabilizing a high-impact Case Authorization and Data Reconciliation platform within a leading financial services organization. This role goes beyond traditional backend development - you will act as an engineering owner, driving business-critical logic, improving system reliability, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Case Authorization platform, enabling intelligent prioritization of business workflows
