Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to lead the evolution and stabilization of a high-impact Case Authorization and Data Reconciliation platform.

You will own backend design, implement robust services in Java and modern frameworks, ensure data consistency across APIs and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions from Westlake, Texas.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (8 /11 /17 ) and backend development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot / Spring Framework for building scalable microservices
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and system design principles
• Experience working with data-intensive applications and backend services supporting data pipelines
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in production environments
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with error handling, monitoring, and logging frameworks
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders

Responsibilities
