Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an IS Developer III – Java Development to join a government-driven team in the Columbia area. You will perform end-to-end analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of multi-platform applications that support military and veteran services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 4 years of job-related work experience in application development.
• Must have C2 eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of applications systems analysis and design for government projects.
• Lead front-end and back-end changes; upgrade and deploy large applications.
• Ensure requirements are understood and delivered on time and within budget.
• Test, document, and maintain programs as part of project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a 20-developer team and production support staff.
