The role emphasizes collaboration with product owners and cross-functional partners, leveraging AI tools to streamline the development lifecycle and improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java software development experience.
• 3+ years in business and solution architecture.
• Experience with an IDE (preferably IntelliJ).
• Experience with source code repositories (Bitbucket, GitHub).
• Experience using AI to aid the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team.
• Support and triage issues and participate in production support for resilient systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and tech partners to define strategy and scope of requirements.
• Use automated tests and TDD to ensure high-quality software delivery.
