Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based software solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements.
• Adherence to secure coding practices and implementation of unit tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Big Data systems using Java and related technologies.
• Write shell scripts to process files or execute Java, Scala, Spark programs.
• Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, code reviews, and maintain code quality.
• Analyze real-time XML messages received via IBM MQ and implement data ingestion to Hadoop/HBase.
• Design and implement static code analysis and code coverage using SonarQube, JaCoCo, Maven and TeamCity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand impacts due to trade data and regulatory requirements.
