Job summary

Mindlance Inc. in Union, NJ, is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

You will participate in planning, design, development and deployment of software solutions, collaborating with architects, analysts and product owners to translate requirements into robust implementations. Responsibilities include frontend development, backend services, unit testing, production support and participation in DevOps migrations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role or related position required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives within software engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Involve in all SDLC phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation.
• Develop unit tests and test OO applications in a Client/Server environment.
• Collaborate with team members, architects, BAs and Product Owners to gather requirements.
• Develop front-end applications and webpages.
• Assist with DevOps migration/automation for build/deploy systems.
• Articulate technical solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Deliver and engage with partners in a multi-cultural environment.

Software Engineer, Mindlance Inc. (Union, NJ)

1. Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
2. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and contribute to their resolution
3. Will be involved in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)including Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, and Implementation.
4. Will be involved with development of unit test cases, testing of object-oriented application in Client/Server environment, production support and resolution of production defects
5. Will collaborate with team members, architects, Business Analyst and Product owner and work closely with different business teams to gather requirements, prepare functional and technical documents
6. Will develop front end applications and webpages
7. Will help with DevOps migration/automation processes for build and deploy systems.
8. Articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
9. Deliver & engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership & accountability.

Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States.

SALARY: $193,461/per year including benefits

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
