Job summary

Software People, Inc. seeks a Senior Java and Curam developer to design, develop and maintain code for FNS applications in Raleigh, NC. You will work with Java, ReactJS and Curam within a multi-team environment, handling enhancements and backlog-driven changes.

The role requires strong Curam expertise and experience across the full software life cycle, including collaboration with the release team for build and deployment activities. Onsite from day 1, with a 12+ month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE and Curam development in a government or enterprise setting.
• Extensive experience from requirements through testing in Curam environments.
• Strong communication for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS and Curam.
• Work with the FNS team to design, develop and maintain code for enhancements and defects backlog.
• Support FNS payment error rate reduction efforts including evidence automations, case approvals, and proactive QC alerts.
• Collaborate with the release team for source control, build and release activities in the FNS codebase.
