V Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Developer with CURAM experience to support NC DHHS NC FAST applications.

The contract role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java, ReactJS, and Curam components within the FNS area, addressing backlog changes, defects, and payment error reduction efforts. You will collaborate with the FNS team and other stakeholders, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure code quality through testing and release activities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML.
• 7+ years of social enterprise management experience.
• Experience as a Cúram Developer with full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.
• Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills.
• Experience translating and communicating technical concepts to technical and non-IT users.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NC FAST code using Java, ReactJS, and Curam.
• Collaborate with FNS team to implement backlog changes.
• Assist with defects backlog fixes and payment error rate reduction efforts.
• Coordinate with release team on source control and builds for FNS codebase.

Description: NC DHHS requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies.

NC DHHS requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies. This role will work with the NC FAST Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team to design, develop and maintain the code for some of the enhancements based on the backlog of change requests from the business including help fix some of the defects from the backlog. This role will help support the FNS payment error rate reduction related efforts that includes evidence automations, Case approvals, Proactive QC alerts etc. This role will also work with other members of the application development team in FNS and other program areas to develop code based on the existing and new requirements, as well as the NC FAST business team in the FNS area, FNS stake holders and work with the agile team as well for testing the code for FNS. This role also will collaborate with the release team for source control and code build and release related activities for the FNS area of the code. This role needs strong working experience in Java and IBM Curam framework to understand, design and an develop the underlying rules for the FNS and SNAP products to develop and support batches for FNS payment error rate reduction efforts, Interfaces, and others.
