This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver highly available, secure, scalable applications that support millions of customers.

As a Staff Engineer, you will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations and Engineering teams to build innovative solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development in enterprise, large-scale distributed environments.
• 7+ years Java application development with modern Java framework ecosystems.
• 5+ years Java/Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years working in an Agile-based development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on technical feasibility, performance, and scalability for overall objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to align and share technical insights.
• Promote adoption of best practices and new technologies to boost productivity and code quality.
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities like code reviews and tech talks to foster learning.
• Work with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
