Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a senior developer in the United States to analyze, design, build, test, and implement IT solutions across the full software development lifecycle. The role focuses on core, COTS, and niche systems, including mobility and specialty development terminology.

The candidate will engage with customers to understand business context, lead multi-discipline projects, and drive high-quality solutions leveraging Java/Spring Boot and AWS services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java/Spring Boot experience.
• 7+ years AWS Lambda/serverless experience.
• Experience in defining project scope, plans and deliverables.
• 7+ years researching, analyzing, recommending and implementing new technologies.
• 7+ years of test automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, tests, and implements portions of IT solutions using SDLC methodologies.
• Participates in implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions.
• Analyzes, identifies, and resolves business or technical problems with appropriate tools.
• Applies specialized knowledge in a discipline such as integration or legacy evolution.
• Interacts with the customer to understand business environment and technical context.
• Validates scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Leads design, development, implementation and support across multiple platforms.
• Defines project scope, plans and deliverables including proposed implementation dates.
• Researches, analyzes, recommends and implements new technologies, processes and tools.
• Assists in defining alternate solutions for business problems.
