Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Cloud Developer to design, develop, integrate, test, and sustain cloud-based applications and microservices.

You will support the full SDLC, including requirements, architecture, frontend/API development, DB integration, CI/CD, automated testing, production support, and technical leadership. The role requires design and implementation of Java backend services, Spring Boot microservices, and data store integration, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with Java, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Experience with NoSQL, relational, and object-based data stores.
• Full stack development across front-end, APIs, and data stores.
• At least 1 year of cloud-based full stack development.
• Experience with Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience with JSON/BSON data formats.
• Ability to support an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack cloud apps and microservices.
• Develop Java back-end services and APIs with Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus).
• Integrate with NoSQL, relational, and object data stores.
• Analyze requirements and derive performance and design specs.
• Write and review software documentation and tests.
• Lead and mentor teammates when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations supporting operations.
