Nextimox Technologies is building its main R&D team in Prishtina to own architecture, engineering standards, and delivery. We seek a Senior Java Backend Technical Team Lead who will design, build, and scale distributed systems and backend services.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and own end-to-end delivery from architecture through production support. You will lead hands-on coding, drive architecture discussions, ensure production readiness, and promote AI-assisted development

Formación

• 6+ years of backend development experience with Java and OO design, including 2–3 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs/microservices.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns, architecture, distributed systems, and scalability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and hands-on implementation of scalable APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from architecture to production support.
• Maintain and optimize systems for performance, scalability, security, and reliability at scale.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to translate goals into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through coding, reviews, architecture guidance, and mentoring.
