Job summary

Nextimox Technologies is seeking a Senior PHP Full-Stack Technical Team Lead to architect, implement, and own end-to-end delivery of scalable web applications. You will code hands-on while guiding a high-performing team, setting engineering standards, and shaping architecture across frontend and backend using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and Vue.js.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development with PHP.
• Expertise in Laravel and API development.
• Strong JS/Node.js for backend work.
• Rich Vue.js experience for responsive UIs.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, security, and scalability.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and hands-on implementation of scalable full-stack apps, RESTful APIs, and frontend components using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from architecture to production support.
• Maintain and optimize frontend and backend systems for performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and developers to translate goals into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture guidance, mentoring, and best practices.
• Set and uphold technical excellence, production readiness, and release discipline.
• Design and evolve event-driven architectures with Kafka/RabbitMQ and related tooling.
• Promote AI-assisted development to improve code quality, testing, and delivery predictability.
