Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Backend / Microservices Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, and AWS.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with REST APIs, Kafka-based processing, and large-scale document/batch processing, with exposure to healthcare/insurance domains a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and microservices.

Senior Java Backend / Microservices Engineer

Contract duration: 3+Months Contract (W2 Only)

Location: Remote Job (USA)

East coast candidate preferred. Overall 10 years of experience is required. Must have strong hands-on experience building scalable backend services, REST APIs, Kafka-based event processing, batch applications, document/file processing solutions, and cloud integrations.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend / Microservices Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications built using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, and AWS.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience building scalable backend services, REST APIs, Kafka-based event processing, batch applications, document/file processing solutions, and cloud integrations. Experience working with healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other enterprise applications involving sensitive data is preferred.

Document Processing

• PDF generation and processing
• iText / PDFBox or similar PDF libraries

Experience
