Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in Java development, object‑oriented design principles, and enterprise design patterns.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Deep practical experience in AWS cloud services, cloud‑native application deployment, Docker, and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Solid practical grasp of Apache Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Linux/Unix operating system administration.
• Exceptional analytical problem‑solving aptitude, production debugging capabilities, and professional stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise backend applications, microservices, and distributed cloud services utilizing Java.
• Lead hands‑on software development (80–90% coding focus) leveraging Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and cloud‑native application patterns.
• Build and maintain high‑throughput event‑driven messaging architectures and real‑time data streaming pipelines utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Optimize database performance, caching mechanisms, and data retrieval speed utilizing PostgreSQL and Redis distributed caching.
• Manage containerized deployments, cluster scaling, and pod orchestration utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, or similar tools.
• Drive system observability, metrics monitoring, performance profiling, and root‑cause troubleshooting for production environments.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product managers, software architects, QA engineers, and executive stakeholders during sprint cycles.
