The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs, along with the ability to lead technical design, mentor developers, and deliver quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable and reliable microservices-based applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Implement coding standards, best practices, and secure development practices.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
