With 6-10+ years of hands-on experience, you will lead by example, review complex code, and own high-risk problems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience in backend engineering.
• Proven ability to lead by doing and code regularly, not just manage.
• Strong experience in reviews, security, performance, and edge cases.
• Deep competency in low-level design and architecture critique.

Responsibilities

• Actively write, review, and ship production-quality backend code alongside the team.
• Own the most complex engineering problems and drive low-level design discussions.
• Set technical direction and enforce coding standards and review checklists.
