Job summary

Connexr in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Java/J2EE backend developer to design and implement scalable microservices. You will work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security to build RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, reliability, and cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

You will collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team, contribute to code quality with unit tests, and participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and RESTful APIs for scalable backend apps.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency with SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL) and ORM (JPA/Hibernate).
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker and CI/CD; strong debugging and Agile/Scrum practices.
