Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required.
• 4–6 years of experience developing back-end Java.
• Experience in distributed systems, OO principles and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git and relational DBs (MySQL).
• Experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot Microservices; REST-based APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend components that deliver value to customers.
• Work closely with product owner, developers, and QA to shape the product.
• Ensure solutions are tested, extensible, maintainable, secure and perform well.
• Troubleshoot and debug code.
• Peer-review work and review own code.
• Collaborate across teams to improve development approaches.
• Document created/modified functionality clearly.
• Independently propose and create solutions.
• Drive idea generation with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Adhere to applicable laws, Bank policies, and training.
• Identify and report suspicious activity.
