Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years applied experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing distributed systems with Java.
• RESTful and event-driven microservices with Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Asynchronous messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalents.
• Data models in relational or NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• AI-assisted coding/tools usage with validation for correctness and security.
• Understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed; peer review.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend components.
