10+ years of software development experience.
Expert in Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
Strong backend and microservices development experience.
Kubernetes and Docker experience.
CI/CD experience using Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or similar tools.
Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
Experience with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
