Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience focusing on enterprise backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8), multithreading, concurrency, and object-oriented design principles.
• Extensive, hands‑on experience building RESTful microservices using Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Relational databases with SQL performance tuning and experience with event‑driven messaging tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• DevOps & tooling: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and containerized cloud environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
