Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot & Spring Framework expertise.
• Experience designing microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficient with relational DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect microservices-based solutions and contribute to system design discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, QA, DevOps, and frontend devs.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability standards are met.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and CI/CD improvements.
