Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Azure cloud.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
• Experience with event-driven platforms and messaging.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance large-scale backend applications.
• Support and improve a highly integrated customer communication platform.
• Develop and support microservices-based applications and event-driven integrations.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues in hosted environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver enhancements and maintain platform stability.
• Participate in Level 1 production support and periodic on-call rotations.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance across regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions effectively.
