Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Developer for a contractor role focused on the Notifications platform within the Digital Technology team. You will design, develop, and productionize enterprise-grade backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and AWS, while integrating AI-enabled capabilities.

This hands-on role requires you to write and review code, mentor teammates, ensure high availability and observability, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and vendor teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering and SDLC delivery.
• 8+ years Java backend, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
• 3+ years event-driven/messaging/notification platforms.
• 2+ years AWS experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core services for enterprise Notification platform.
• Write, review, debug, and optimize production-grade code hands-on.
• Build cloud-native services using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS.
• Develop AI/GenAI capabilities including LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure high availability, observability, security, and compliance.
• Mentor developers while delivering hands-on results.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and vendor teams.
• Participate in CI/CD, testing, release readiness, and production support.
