Job summary

Pozent Corporation is seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, and productionize the enterprise Notifications platform. You will work hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, delivering APIs and event-driven integrations while embedding AI/GenAI capabilities for smarter communication workflows.

The role emphasizes practical implementation, system reliability, and collaboration with architects, product owners, and vendor teams in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 8+ years in software engineering, development, integration, and SDLC.
• Hands-on coding, debugging, and delivering production software.
• 8+ years Java backend development with Spring Boot and microservices.
• 3+ years event-driven, messaging, or notification platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with AI/GenAI in enterprise or production apps.
• Familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design, code, debug, and deliver production-grade solutions.
• Build cloud-native backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Develop APIs, event-driven integrations, and orchestration components.
• Integrate AI/GenAI features: LLMs, embeddings, RAG, summarization.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and vendor teams.
• Mentor developers with code reviews and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release readiness.
