Job summary

Apexon is seeking a senior Java developer with strong Spring skills to design and implement enterprise-scale applications. The role requires hands-on work across UI, business logic, and data access layers, including experience with ESB architectures and distributed systems.

The candidate should have experience delivering REST and SOAP services, extensive unit testing, and familiarity with WebSphere/JBoss environments. In-person interviews are conducted in Austin, TX, Lakemary, FL, and NYC, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Hands-on development in most recent projects.
• Experience with n-tier architectures (UI, business logic, data access).
• Experience with distributed architectures using ESB such as Data Power, Mule or similar.
• Experience building REST and SOAP services (JAX-WS/RS or Spring).
• Experience with WebSphere/JBoss enterprise servers.
• Strong unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, Jest.
