Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java with back-end focus and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Java services with modern frameworks and patterns (Spring Boot, reactive).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, middleware and databases.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating outputs for correctness, security and performance.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, security, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions with design, development and troubleshooting.
• Produce secure, high‑quality production code and maintain algorithms.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex apps and ensure design constraints are met.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review and automated testing.
• Develop data visualizations and reports from large data sets for continuous improvement.
• Identify patterns in data to drive improvements in code hygiene and architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities and promote inclusive team culture.
