Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development.
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience in modernizing legacy Java applications.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3).
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience in Oracle or DB2 databases.
• Experience with application integration and messaging systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful services using Spring Boot.
• Refactor and modernize legacy Java applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Integrate and support applications on AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Work with relational databases and messaging systems for data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure application deployments.
• Upgrade and maintain Java and Spring Boot libraries as part of modernization efforts.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of cloud-based applications.
