You will guide engineering teams, promote best practices, and drive modernization across monoliths and legacy systems while championing CI/CD and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional Java development experience, including enterprise-scale microservices.
• 5+ years in cloud platforms (AWS) including architecture and deployment.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Strong background in event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, Camel).
• Experience with modernization projects and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams on best practices in software design and DevOps.
• Lead cloud-native design and deployment using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Design event-driven systems using Kafka and Camel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Drive modernization including monolith-to-microservices transformations.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Lead initiatives in identity, billing, and customer self-service platforms.
• Ensure secure coding, performance, and production readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
