Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Java Applications Administrator / SRE in Dallas to own production Java environments, middleware, and cloud automation. You will optimize performance, drive reliability, and mentor teammates while aligning with enterprise security and AI-enabled integrations.

You will work across Java apps, IBM middleware, Azure, scheduling tools, and observability to improve operational efficiency and platform strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering Java-based applications in production.
• Strong hands-on with JBoss and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience with IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus/Broker.
• Azure administration experience and Power Platform familiarity.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, and Unix/Linux scripting.
• Experience with SSO solutions and strong SQL skills (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and AI-enabled integrations.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

The environment includes Java application servers, IBM middleware, Azure cloud technologies, scheduling platforms, and AI-enabled integrations.
