Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive development of trusted market-leading technology within Consumer & Community Banking. You will lead production-grade code delivery, embracing AI-assisted engineering practices to boost quality, velocity, and security across microservices and cloud platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, expertise in Java/Python/C#, and hands-on experience with LLMs and AI/ML frameworks.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
Demonstrated experience leading effective use of AI-assisted software development tools with team validation of AI outputs.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging of complex systems.
