Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Senior Java Developer proficient in AI to drive AI-driven workflows within our Broker-Dealer systems. The role focuses on transforming complex financial domains through intelligent automation and scalable Java microservices in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GenAI-assisted development, improve delivery velocity, and validate AI-driven design artifacts across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience using GenAI in SDLC-driven development and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong Java, Spring, cloud development, and high-volume transaction experience.
• Familiarity with Copilot/Claude Code in IDE/CLI environments.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused developer workflows across the SDLC.
• Develop large-scale Java microservices in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to guide AI-assisted design.
