Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to drive scalable, secure architectures in a retail/consumer goods context. You will participate in customer discussions, shape solution architectures, and guide technology choices across Java, Angular, Python, and AWS stacks.

You will also lead integration strategies, contribute to automation, and collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure quality and performance, while advancing generative AI-driven SDLC improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in Core Stack - Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Python, AWS.
• Hands-on in Generative AI for SDLC acceleration (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Devin, Cursor).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI – Prompt Engineering, AI-Assisted Development, and related practices.
• Experience at Principal/Architect level with enterprise architecture ownership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Offer guidance on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Identify technologies and tools, perform market comparisons, and propose optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies based on validation of proofs of concept for proposed architectures.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to quality standards, contributing to build and deployment automation.
