Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks Architecture Consultant 2 to design scalable, secure architectures for data streams and AI-enabled workflows. You will gather requirements, propose solution architectures, and drive design creation with focus on performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

You will collaborate with development teams, evaluate technologies, implement integration strategies, and contribute to automated deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural design of high-volume data stream / events processing using data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, NiFi/Airflow/Flink) and development skills.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts, including integration of AI-enabled features into enterprise workflows.
• Experience with provisioning cloud infra using IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM, Google Cloud Deployment Manager).
• Experience with containerized environments/clusters using Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms (Prometheus+Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Stackdriver).
• Experience in migrating applications/workloads to cloud using Re-Host/Re-Platform strategies.
• Experience with Low Code platforms.
• Experience with Agile projects.
• Strong executive communication skills to present architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in global delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Propose solution architectures and contribute to tech framework development.
• Identify suitable technologies and perform market comparisons to recommend optimal architectural solutions.
• Develop integration strategies based on proof-of-concept validation.
• Assist in build/deploy automation strategies and smooth knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyze system performance and identify risks in the landscape.
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions.
