• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements.

• Review technical solutions and develop integration strategies to ensure data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Provide specialized insights to development teams and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and monitor system performance with optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for vital information.
