ABM is seeking a Site Supervisor in Sunnyvale, CA to oversee projects, supervise day-to-day team operations, and ensure performance goals are met for a designated site. The role requires coordinating schedules, training staff on PPE and safety, and maintaining quality service for clients.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, leading staff, increasing revenue through billable work, and ensuring adherence to ABM cleaning methods and safety standards across client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supervising employees.
• Experience with commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
• Experience managing teams with retention, counseling and development.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record required for company vehicles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
• Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership and support while being available for emergency and off-hour support.
• Promote safety culture, train staff on PPE, and follow safe movement practices.
• Plan and assign work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
• Ensure timely responses to client-reported emergency cleaning situations.
• Train staff on building and security protocols at each client location.
• Train staff on standard and non-standard ABM cleaning methods.
• Train staff to manage supplies, SDS, OSHA compliance, and safe equipment use.
• Train and manage site janitorial and porter staff.
• Monitor employee timekeeping and adherence to schedules and policy.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue with additional billable work.
• Arrange substitutions or perform work when needed to meet deadlines.
