Qualificações

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support janitorial staff daily.
• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure areas are maintained.
• Train and mentor staff for excellence and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and address issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond quickly to cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Communicate with site leadership and other departments.
• Ensure safety procedures for products and equipment.
• Maintain records of schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
• Perform custodial work when extra help is needed.
