Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of janitorial management or commercial cleaning management experience.
• Experience managing a team of at least 20 employees.
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards, procedures, equipment, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations for a large commercial facility.
• Manage, coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of 20+ janitorial employees, leads, and supervisors.
• Ensure all contracted cleaning specifications and client expectations are met.
• Conduct routine quality-control inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
• Manage employee schedules, coverage, attendance, overtime, and staffing levels.
• Monitor productivity and optimize labor utilization.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact for operations.
• Identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing and performance matters.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory; ensure proper maintenance.
