Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or at least 6 months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided to new hires.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment use to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances; empty trash.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors; perform spot-cleaning of carpets and shampooing as needed.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; adhere to housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as required and perform other duties per client needs.
