Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) Operations SME in Northern Virginia. The role supports MS&A activities, develops CONOPS, and shapes operational planning for DoW stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years of operational military experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in STEM plus 16+ years of operational military experience preferred.
• Experience with joint, multi-domain operations and DoW/operational planning is required.
• U.S. military Joint Qualified Officer designation is required.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of BMC2 concepts and ATO/ITO to support MS&A activities.
• Develop CONOPS for modelers and other SMEs in the MS&A environment.
• Bridge operational planning with analytical approaches to drive innovation.
• Evaluate kill chains and kill webs using joint, multi-domain capabilities.
• Translate doctrine and procedures into actionable products for software development.
• Deliver high-quality written, visual, and analytical deliverables for senior decision-making.
• Lead small teams or tasks within the broader program.
