Job summary

ClifyX Inc in North Carolina is seeking an IVR/Chatbot Test Analyst to interact with customers and understand business testing requirements. You will lead testing activities from planning to reporting, focusing on chatbot, agentic, and manual testing, collaborating with top talent to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with IVR, chatbots, NLP, and testing tools like Cyara and Agentic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in IT testing, preferably contact center Kore.ai/ASAPP/Google GECX platforms testing voice assistants, chatbots, NLP frameworks.
• 3+ years’ experience in Cyara or Agentic Automation testing tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to handle clients independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities from planning to execution to reporting.
• Test manual and automation testing for IVR and chatbot applications.
• Validate API requests/responses (JSON/XML) and NLP/LLM agent testing.
• Develop test plans, test cases, defects, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
• Identify and track defects, ensuring timely closure.
• Use SSH/Putty to access Linux builds and logs for debugging.
